Case Contact Field-Level Security

Field-level security for Phone Number, Alternate Phone Number and Email Address has been added to the Cases Subject Area.
When the Secured check box is selected for these fields, they become available as security components on the Permissions page in Maintenance.
On the Case Details, Case Listing, Case Datasheet, Case Form Letter, Case Service-General and Case-General pages, entries in these fields are hidden from users who do not have permission to them. Sample images are provided below:
